My Dream

Hi, my name is Ashley, and my life’s purpose and vision is to help couples that want to have a “Timeless Dream Event.” I was inspired to start this business due to my own love story, about a resilient love despite helping my fiancé fight a rare cancer. Not only did I have to be strong for him during his treatments, but I also kept the faith and continued to plan our wedding. We were married in 2018, and he beat his rare cancer in 2020! We love to celebrate life each day, and I want others to feel the same way.

I plan various types of events on any budget and at minimal notice. All my events can be planned around uncertainty. I will ensure that you have an amazing, everlasting Timeless Dream Event, something that you will never forget.

Unlimited email and phone support
Reviewing the schedules of each vendor
Creation of a master timeline
Final Details meeting with walkthrough of venue
Vendor communication (and again the week of wedding!)
Assistance with bridal party questions
Ceremony planning
Ceremony & reception set-up/tear down (centerpieces, sweetheart tables, etc)

Main contact on day of wedding
2 coordinators for up to 12 hours as needed
Cue processional & recessional
